Platinum Clubs of the World. Situated on 183 acres, the Club has a long
standing reputation of providing members, their families and guests with an
exceptional club experience and unparalleled service. The Club offers an extensive range of recreational and
social amenities including, an 18-hole Golf Course, a Golf Teaching Center, 16 Tennis Courts, a comprehensive Aquatics Program, a state of the art Fitness Center, and an elegant Clubhouse that offers a variety of member dining and
banquet facility options. The Clubhouse features formal and informal dining rooms, a
mixed casual bar, grill room, all season dining terrace, numerous private event

Who is the ideal employee for ROCC?
To be successful at ROCC, first and foremost we are looking for people who enjoy serving others and embrace the mantra of "the Member first, always". Additionally we look for people who:

- Are outgoing and responsible
- Take pride in their work and strive to do more every day
ROCC is not for everyone. We are a traditional Club built on almost 100 years of history. To this end, we expect employees to abide by the dress code.
